Qualifications remark: Vanderven Oriental Art was founded in 1968 as a general antiques business by Clemens van der Ven and his sister Bea. When Bea left in 1972 , his wife Neeltje van der Ven, (who also had a background in antiques) joined the firm. After a few years they decided to specialise in Asian Art. In 1993, nephew Floris van der Ven also become part of this family-run business.
